Online Payment Questions

  • Can I pay by cash or cheque
    Typically No. We would prefer all payments be made online. If you have a specific request for alternative methods of payment please contact treasurer@rangersbaseball.com.au  
  • Why does my online payment fail?
    PayPal provides the secure payment verification for all of our online transactions, Rangers Baseball Club only supplies the necessary information to PayPal. The most common reasons for the transaction failing are:
    • Insufficient Funds on the Credit Card. Cards without the require available funds or cards that are overdrawn will not be processed.
    • Insufficient funds in the Bank Account or Credit Card linked to PayPal
    • Payment via a credit card not approved for use via PayPal
     
  • Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay online
    No. PayPal accepts Visa and Mastercard payments and you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay online.

Registration Questions

  • I’m not sure what age group to register my child in
    Please consult the fees and eligibility page for the upcoming season. You can view it by clicking here.
  • Can I register more than one player at a time
    Yes! In our new system you can register as many players as you like on the one order. Simply fill in one players details and once they've been added to the Shopping Cart, click on "Continue Shopping". Select the Registration Fees again and add that player. Repeat for Additional Players.
  • Why do I have to register online?
    Online registration and payment of players allows players to register and pay anytime, anywhere throughout the designated registration period. This allows for instant verification of payment and player details which allows the club to structure teams more efficiently. Being a volunteer club, the administration involved in the paper based registration days was very substantial, from collecting and collating information to chasing up player payments of of which was time which we can now put into other aspects of the club.  
  • Do I have to register online?
    Yes. All our player registrations are now conducted online. We do not offer paper based registrations except in exceptional circumstances.

Website Account Questions

  • It won’t let me create an account. It states an email address already exists.
    This means that a website account using that email address has already been created. You will simply need to request a new password in order to login. You cannot create duplicate accounts with the same email address. Click here to reset your password
  • I can’t login. It says password not accepted.
    We have moved to a new website system and have transported all accounts from the old website to the new website. However, you will need a new password to login. Click here to reset your password
