Rangers C2 jump on West Sydney Boomers early and coast to 10-2 win

The Rangers C2 jumped out to an early lead on West Sydney Boomers and captured a 10-2 victory on Saturday at Tregear.

Six runs in the first three innings allowed the Rangers C2 to put the game away early.

An RBI single by Liam Wright and an error during the first inning and an RBI double by Bruce Roberts and a two-run double by Liam in the second inning helped the Rangers C2 put some runs on the board early.
Liam racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Rangers C2.

Andrew Whitlock handled West Sydney Boomers’ lineup with ease, racking up four strikeouts. The Rangers C2’s pitcher gave up just four hits over four shutout innings.

The Rangers C2 increased their lead with three runs in the fourth. A double by Andrew Whitlock ignited the offense, scoring Liam and Dave Murgatroyd. That was followed up by Matt Cooper’s double, scoring Andrew Whitlock.
